Common Name - Aloe juvenna - Tiger Tooth Aloe
Country of Origin - Kenya - Small area by the border with Tanzania
How to grow - Aloe are pretty tough plants, able to cope with extreme drought conditions for long periods. They need bright light to do well and make great house plants if in a bright spot. They prefer warmer temperatures but can cope with lower temperatures if dry as they will go dormant. Never allow them to sit in water and make sure they are in a free draining potting mix. They can quickly fill the pot, repot if needed in the spring when they are growing.
Hardiness - -3 +
Description - Bright green leaves with 'teeth' covering the plant, when very dry can take on a redish brown colour. Clump forming and very easy to grow. Suitable for a houseplant
