Common Name - Agave potatorum

Country of Origin -  Mexico - Mainly desert areas

How to grow - Agaves are very tolerant of soil types as long as its well drained, mature plants can cope very well with drought but younger plants may need more water in dry conditions. They make ideal pot plants as they have shallow roots but they quickly fill a pot so planting in the ground if possible is best. If well drained will tolerate frost.

Hardiness - -2c

Description - Awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit. It is used for making Mezcal and is considered a threatened species.  Nice rosette forming Agave

 

 

All plants will be shipped bare root. Grown in 9cm pot
