Common Name - Agave havardiana, Havard Agave

Country of Origin - New Mexico

How to grow - Agaves are very tolerant of soil types as long as its well drained, mature plants can cope very well with drought but younger plants may need more water in dry conditions. They make ideal pot plants as they have shallow roots but they quickly fill a pot so planting in the ground if possible is best. If well drained will tolerate frost.

Hardiness - -8c (With good drainage)

Description - Blue/green cupped leaves, rosettes can get to around 60cm high in time. When the mature plant flowers, the flower spike can reach 3m tall

 

 

All plants will be shipped bare root. Grown in 9cm pot
